Summarize your bug Heroes Arise shared CD does not get reduced by one, if the participating ally deals the encounter's finsihing blow. This does not affect Arena or GAC, but does affect multiple-encounter PVE content like TB or Assault Battle
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Enter PVE content that has multiple encounters, like Assualt battle. 2) Activate heroes arise so it goes on CD. 3) Have a jedi ally finish the encounter while heroes arise still on CD. The next jedi to take a turn will have the same CD on heroes arise as the previous jedi did at the enf of the previous encounter.
