It states that mean and party animal are common heirlooms. I have never been offered a mean heirloom and I am on generation 8. I have party animal level one which was left to me by a retired sim. I get more rare heirloom offers or duplicates of heirlooms I already own. I don't know if there is a bug with the new heriloom system but I am reporting this just in case. One would think I would roll a mean heirloom at some point if it's supposed to be common
