Hemlok and Scout sound bug

Good day,

Im not sure where to report this but i have found that a hemlok on burst while hitting an enemy or target kills my sound and then increases the volume as the shots hit to an unbearable level that actually hurts my ears. The scout on double tap seems to do the same.
