Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open up storage and look at heirlooms (I don't have them in an Heirloom display case at the moment)
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a LOT of heirlooms as I have unlocked a lot of them.

I have opened up the Pumpkin Spice, Missed Connection, etc etc and a lot of traits/trait upgrades. Recently, the heirlooms have disappeared and everything shows up as "purchasable" and not already owned. And if I open one of those Heirloom Chests, it'll tell me I've just unlocked a new trait when I've already unlocked the trait and all the upgrades. It's so frustrating because I can't upgrade traits right now.
My Heirloom Collection is up-to-date; for whatever reason, I don't have any physical heirlooms except for the duplicates that I received and the game thinks I don't have the stories I've unlocked.
