Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Wraith
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. N/A
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Opening packs
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 500

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Your support team in chat asked me to post about this here as they believe it is a bug that the developers need to look into. I've opened 500+ packs in Apex and have not received my heirloom.
What should be happening instead? I should have an heirloom
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at how many packs I've opened

I was asked by your team to submit a post here as I've opened 500+ packs and have not received my heirloom yet. Simratpal from the chat team spoke with his "specialty team" and they advised that this is a bug that would need to be looked into by the dev team. Please review my account as I'd appreciate my heirloom. Thanks!

Hope to get a response from the team soon, it feels pretty bad to spend so much money on a company that does not offer any kind of support.
