Heat Shields destroyed when respawning teammate in ring

What happens when the bug occurs? When you revive a teammate underneath a heatshield in the ring the heatshield is destroyed by the time you complete the revive
What should be happening instead? Well ideally the heatshield shouldn't be destroyed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Have a teammate killed because when you were trying to get out Crash Site, they decided to 1v3 a team with another team behind them. 2. Go and kill the first team, since yunno, they are in the ring now and forgot that Heat Shields exist, then get your teammate who instead of insta-quitting banners and fly to Artillery because that other team has gone the other way 3. Throw down a heatshield and heal up (healing is optional I feel) 4. Respawn the teammate and watch as your HS with 80% health disappears as soon as the respawn (green flare) action completes..
