Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the map and search for Hazard company roaming racer theses are the roaming racer i do have on my map Peach, Forrest and, Leanne sorry i don't know the name of the missing roaming racer
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't continue on to take on Hazard company roaming racer boss
What do you expect to see? to see it fixed so i can complete the game 100%

i started to notice about half way though taking on Hazard company roaming racer that one of there roaming race was missing from my map so i restarted the game and my pc and the Hazard company roaming racer is still missing

It's not a bug you have to see them once in freeroam before they show up on the map as for Cletus he was driving me crazy to. But he's around the area I so masterfuly painted just park along that route and he will come driving along eventually. And peach is at the construction site in the city all the way at the bottom right corner of the map right next to a race typed race called hyperspace circuit. Hope this helps

Well I’ve beaten every HC racer except Cletus and he is not showing up and I’m on ps4.

j'ai le même probléme ,Me manque clétus depuis plus de 3 semaines . j'attendais la mise à jour mais le problème persiste je suis sur PS4 .ça deviens rageant .
