Summarize your bug Game freezes randomly for like 5 seconds and sometimes it completely freezes my PC so I have to hard shutdown by holding the power button. This didn't happen the entire time I played origin access or for the first 6 hours the game was out.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? 7Arteaga
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 11/14/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:00
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? PNT (MST) - GMT - 7:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. Just play a game I guess and see if you get any long game freezes.

@EA_Barry Hey Barry, thank you for responding. I actually figured out what the issue is if you believe it or not. I use an xbox controller on my PC instead of mouse and keyboard. What was causing the crashes somehow, is whenever my controller was low on battery, it would cut in and out and eventually that started causing the crashes. Not sure how the controller affected that but it did. The minute I replaced the batteries everything has been working fine! Hopefully there is a solution to this in later patches. I'll use this to draw attention to another post I made. Since I use the xbox controller, I noticed a bug where if I attach the dual scope on the specialist class, the second magnification doesn't work with the melee button. I have to use the keyboard to zoom in but the controller melee (right stick click) does not work. Thanks again Barry, hopefully a patch comes with a fix to this controller causing crashes!

@EA_BarryI don't overclock the GPU its stock clock speed. As for the GTX 1080 8GB I connected the HDMI cable into the GTX 1080.

@EA_Barry So far after connecting the HDMI to the graphics card there hasn't been any closing to the desktop so far. I don't have any freezing, but I do have a PC version of the XBOX controller though. There is no batteries in it sense its connected with the USB cord.

Hi Barry,
Both my CPU and GPU is overclocked but when at stock settings the game still crash's. This can happen at anytime usually when I am halfway through any game mode. I have tried closing all my apps and overlays yet the issue still persists. I am using a 144HZ G-SYNC monitor with a display port cable. Specs below.
CPU : i5-4690K@4.6GHZ
GPU : GTX 1060 6GB @2GHZ
RAM : 16GB Corsair vengeance DDR3
HDD game is running from : D) 1TB WD Blue
when playing on ultra, Direct X11 I get around average 90 FPS up so I don't think it would be hardware related but please anyone let me know if I missing something.

It may be worthwhile running a GPU monitoring app such as MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision to see if there is a connection between your crashes and GPU temperature or memory usage for example.

I have ran tests and I can't find anything out of the ordinary. If you have an email I can send the results to I can send them over straight away. Max temp on GPU is 72 degrees and max Vram is 3562MB.
I also monitored my CPU in the test and everything looks fine in terms of usage and temps.
