What happens when the bug occurs? The match seems to have some audio, but the screen is static. Waiting for something to resolve does not appear to help, as the match already starts but from my POV I'm still not even at champion selection. Alt-tabbing results in Apex being unable to "return" at all to any kind of good state, it then is an unresponsive black screen. Attempting to restart the game by closing the application results in a disconnect code of snake on return. This during a ranked game results in -150 LP and a ~10 minute timeout without any real way to mitigate that. Interestingly, from my friends POV it was appearing as if I was not in the squad during character selection, but did show me in the champion screen (since we were the prior champs), and did not show me in the squad in the dropship. Not as DCed but as just not being present at all in the match.
What should be happening instead? I should be just able to choose a champ, and play an apex match normally upon loading.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, its intermittent and I don't have a good read on when it happens as to possible triggers/causes.
