Summarize your bug Going into the last wave of the Smuggler's Run event, Han did not take his Bonus Turn at the start of the encounter. Of the two times I did this event, it only occurred once.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Han took the last turn in wave 2 and then didn't take his bonus turn.

After rewatching the footage, I'm not sure if the second attempt was a bonus turn or if Han was just at full TM entering the final wave.

I had the same issue. The first time I went in, the enemies took their turns first, then Han got his bonus turn. I backed out and went in again to record the bug, but it didn't happen the second time.

This should be an easy fix. This is a direct result of the overflow turn meter mechanic you added. Just bump Hans turn meter gain to above 9000. Then Han will always go first and Vegeta will cry a little bit inside.
Still an issue a month later though.

this should be a hugh bug cause CG said if Han is in the battle, his bonus turn should be the very first of all characters, ignoring all trun meter overflow

This is a really old event, the enemies are actually getting bonus turns instead of pre-loaded TM.
There is no realy impact to Shoots First outside of this event.
Yes, it's a bug but a very low priority one. I'd much rather them spend resources into other bugs/Dev work than fix an event that is unimportant.
