Han Solo freezing up

Summarize your bug Within the past few days I'm having an issue with Han freezing up pretty severely, while playing HvV.

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 08/02/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Play Heroes vs. Villains as Han (I was using young Han skin). 2. Run around, as you normally would during game play.
What happens when the bug occurs? Han will sporadically stop running and from what I recall cannot shoot until I do a combat roll (and maybe jump).

From what I can tell, it's a client-side issue, as the rest of the players keeping doing their thing just fine.  This is not the stuttering/lagging issue that was prevalent a while ago.

I've only noticed it with Han so far and have played HvV for at least 3 hours the past few days.

While I could include some video, it just shows Han stopping.  It's me feverishly pressing W, A, S, and D that we need video of.  LOL

I attached dxdiag results, in case anyone notices anything suspicious.
