Kylo's Freeze Half Effect BUG

I've experienced Maul's Choke Hold Half Effect BUG after the Chosen One patch update. The others not yet

Well, I have finished testing all 3, and both Maul's and Vader's are still the same. However, Kylo's one doesn't produce the same effect as before: Now it triggers the Disabled Block BUG in its victim: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Block-Stops-Working-Disabled-Block-BUG/m-p/7596856
