HUT online games doesn't count

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try playing an online game (competitive seasons or online seasons).
What happens when the bug occurs? After the game is completed, I don't receive any points or coins, but the contracts of my players go down (specially frustrating on loan players of course).
What do you expect to see? Points and coins...
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

Sorry, I forgot to post that it sorted out pretty fast. Didn't miss more then 3-4 games on my loan players, so no biggie Just frustrating then and there ;-)

I am having the exact same issue! My loan players I only use 1 maybe 2 times. then they said expired. My gold contracts do not last the full 10 game. And sometimes my name does not show up.. Also it will hang for like 4 minutes to retrieve data after the end of a game in tourney to tell me my rank. It did this for me also in NHl 18 as soon as you guys did the retrieve data error. It was working fine for me. I am sick of rebooting and spending all my coins on contracts. How am I suppose to build a team. My Internet connection is fine.  I never lag.  I am in the mountain time zone. my ID is mrbainsville. Please tell me what to do ??? It's been doing this since nhl 18!!!

I do not know what it is, I have no influence on the speed of my players, on the reaction time of my keeper. This is in the hands of the game play

Had a problem like this about an hour ago.

Played about half the match in online season mode and the score was 5-3 to me. Tjena the other played broke the connection. Didnt get anything. Can you cheat like that?

Just want the points and coins.

Yesterday around 00:30-1:30 A.M. I just scored, then I was 5-3 in the middle of the 3rd period. The other player either left the game or lost the connection and I didn't received my points and my coins.
