Summarize your bug Heroic Sith raid freeze. All you can do is to write messages on the ingame chat. It's the second time happening. No internet issues involved.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. But it's frustrating.

The game was frozen on phase 3 of the Heroic Sith raid. No active buttons were available. I lost progress because I was forced to restart. It happened before but luckily it was in phase 1 so I was able to begin again. Before I restarted the raid was over.
