Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing with high school graduation the Ivory cap that matches with the white gown with blue trim will never show up.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every cap for graduation will show up on sims via buff but, that one.
What do you expect to see? Well I would like to see the option to pick which color sims wear to graduation or at the very least have them all match. I found this while attempting to create a mod that makes this possible.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I discovered a pie menu that was removed from the game so that sims could choose their graduation cap and gown. That is when I discovered this.

The graduation hat in Whiteblue's actual CASPART is 302606 which is what the navy blue with red should have been. Instead it is assigned as CASPART 302023 which is absolutely nothing. Sims with that buff would wear no graduation cap at all.
