[HSY] [GRO] Teen sim won’t begin puberty/ No Milestone [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as a female teen sim with the high school years and growing together packs installed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim does not begin puberty. Acne does not appear, and the associated milestone does not appear either.
What do you expect to see? Teen sims begin puberty and grow acne over time. The “Began Puberty” milestone will also be unlocked for players with Growing Together installed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have switched between long and normal lifespan, in hopes of speeding up the puberty process, but to no avail. I’m going to set her back to long lifespan and reset her age. I have acne enabled.

If I remember correctly, another one of my teens didn’t begin puberty either.

@crinrict The current teen that I’m playing with has the cheerful and overachiever traits, along with a lot of reward traits.

@crinrict I added two teens from two different households to the household that I was experiencing this with. Neither of them had the puberty milestone nor showed any signs of puberty.

I have played 4 teens across 2 households since getting HSY and only one has gotten the puberty milestone. It was the youngest one and he got it within a few sim days of aging to teen. I play on long life and my oldest teen is 3 days away from aging to young adult and hasn't gotten it. I do sometimes get an embarrassed moodlet about acne on teens including those without puberty milestone. I try to use facial cleaner daily but sometimes forget and then it comes up.

ETA. I got Growing Together pack prior to getting HSY pack. I had 4 other teens with Gro pack but prior to HSY and no puberty. I am not sure if you need both packs to get puberty milestone. I have both packs in my original reply about only getting the milestone in 1 of 4 teens.
