Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go with your horses to Duke's Hall. Fill one of the feeders, mind your own business and let the horse do what it wants.
What happens when the bug occurs? The horse never eats from the feeder, the hunger need will drop and it will eventually get taken away if you wait long enough.
What do you expect to see? The horse to eat from the feeder autonomously (as it does on the home lot)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
