[HOB] Pub disappears (orange triangle) and so does half of the background lots [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but modern menswear
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk!
What happens when the bug occurs? The Pub says that its missing required objects but when you go into build mode the lot is empty and all the vending carts are gone along with all the surrounding buildings.
What do you expect to see? Not that
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

i wanted to have my sim sell some flowers to mrs crumplebottom, the nearest lot is the pub so my sim traveled there. When she got there it was an empty lot instead. I replaced the pub but all the venders and other buildings around it were also gone!

@LyssSimpatico I had to rollback a save. I tried repairing. I removed my mods and nothing worked.

@LyssSimpatico Did it happen while you had mods in ? If you rollback, does it happen without mods ?

I did have mods in when it happened. It happened in between 2 saves for seemingly no reason. I rolled back to a save without the issue at about 8:15pm on the 17th of February and the corruption was around 11pm. I didnt have any sims travel to that lot. Theres no cc on it but when I traveled there it said there were items I didn’t own and the lot was blank. Then when i looked around everything else was also missing. I asked around and a friend who doesn’t use mods or cc said it happened to her before and she had to rollback also. I traveled to a nearby residential lot in henford and everything was still there, even the pub. It only erased everything when I traveled to or tried to build on the pub lot.

It's fascinating that the buildings are gone but I was able to recover them so can you try if these steps work for you.

1. Enter the lot in build mode from the map

2. Back to map and travel there with a Sim.

3. See if the buildings are back.

The arms building is still gone but I can guess you can just replace that form the gallery.

Did you get any exceptions when it first disappeared ?

I didn't get any Last Exception Errors. The stalls did reappear after I followed the steps and the pub still missing. Thank you very much for taking the time to look into it.
