HK not registering as Sith Empire in Conquest?

I was working on my 40 SE and OR battles. I keep them together. I was at 8/40 for both. I ran DR BSF Malak SM and SET. Next fight pulled BSF out as I am also trying to get 100 kills with DR or Malak. She's blasting baddies with all the Zealous Ambition disks I have equipped. I swap her out with HK. Ran 2 more battles. 

I then ran 3 OR battles. 

Went back and checked the feat log and SE was at 9/40 and OR at 11/40. The only change was HK.

Appreciate you taking the time. It was DR, Malak, SM, SET, HK on 1-1 vs. Bad Batch. I went back and ran two more later and they counted. I do feel silly, but am sure what I saw. They were both 8/40 and my OCD likes to keep them together. Oh well, all seems good now.

Just tested:
DR, Malak, BSF, SET and SM
DR, Malak, HK-47, SET and SM
DR, Malak, BSF, SET and HK-47
and the quest progressed each time.
