[HCHSP] Fires happen More Often Alongside Hunger Decreasing Faster [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.101.290.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
What happens when the bug occurs? Upon joining the game, a sim is IMMEDIATELY hungry, alongside that when attempting to cook causes a fire.
What do you expect to see? Not my sims having hunger pains every so often and please no fires.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes, I updated to the current patch and added the new stuff pack. 

Hello, I didn't remove cc or mods cause I know it isn't the cause of that at all, but the issue I am having is with the sims being hungry at the start of the game as well as with copious amounts of sims getting in fires.

For the hunger issue, please rename your user folder and test on a new save game (that never had mods/cc). This is known to be caused by mods in the past.
