Summarize your bug Hello. I noticed that my Ranking no longer shows when playing Madden and I have over 7k points. I read somewhere that it may be due to powering down instead of conceding. I did not know that this rule existed (if it does) since I have never played an EA Game before online. If this is not a rule, then there is a bug that causes my Ranking not to show. If this is a rule, I am requesting that I am unlocked since I am now aware and will not power down again. I just want to bring it to your attention that there were glitches yesterday that caused games to lose connection at the end which were not a result of losing internet or powering down. Please assist with this so my ranking shows. Thank you.

Hello, I am having the same issue with my ranking in madden 21. I just spoke to a advisor and was advised they would look into it. I’m definitely not happy with this issue! I have played like 300 games and I’m not ranked!!!!!?????

It shows the top 100 and the stats of my previous games but does not show my rank please give this attention 123

On PS4 the stats show for me, but they're completely wrong. So even if your stats start working, it might be worthless. I definitely do not give up 5.1 interceptions per game and still have a 67 - 18 win to loss record (I am not counting losses caused by network bugs where the game was lost before it started)

Head to head online ranking disappeared was grinding it out , got to around Top 20,000 and it disappears any trouble shooting or just simply Ea madden problem
