Gun Customization and Assignments are not unlocking

Summarize your bug Unlocks for gun customizations based on weapon rank do not unlock when that rank is reached. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to no effect. This persists in all modes of the game. Also, Weapon Assignments are not populating other than for the Garand.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check Your Company on my account and try to customize a high ranked weapon.
What happens when the bug occurs? Customization is not possible.
What should be happening instead? Weapon skins should unlock at the appropriate rank

The discrepancy is evident in the attached photos. Additionally, the M1 Garland is the only weapon for which I received any assignments.
