I have the same problem too. Ally Code 575-932-367 I think this is for all players not just several random players. 

Also i have a question about the quest for "Donate Gear". It says "Donate 100 Gear to Guild members."  I donate total of 168 pieces of gear, but in the quest it says 53/100...

It is in poor taste to allow this wide-ranging issue to continue with such dire potential collateral damage to guilds.  Recommend putting this as a top priority, and maybe even doing an emergency patch to remove this Guild Quest until it has been fixed.

I, too, am experiencing this issue. Ally code 587-648-329. We’ve already lost one level 85 player to this. We are trying to grow our guild and have been really successful until this glitch popped up. I have no wish to leave my guild. It took a long time and many tries with others to find one this good. Please help. TIA!

I am having the same issue. Just finished a hpit and quest didn't clear. Ally code 717-243-594.

Same issue here as well. As well as members leaving guild to complete quest. Very poor oversight on someone's part.

I have the same issue as well. My guild has completed the Heroic Rancor at least once since I received this quest and it was not satisfied. I do not want to leave my guild and try to rejoin in case I lose my spot. Please fix!
