The leader of a guil wanted to promote me but there was an error.
There was standing: Error this member cannot be promoted.

Plz someone HELP

1. How many members are in your guild?
2. Was the leader able to promote other members?
3. If so how many of them are currently at officer rank?
4. How many members are in your guild in total?

This is what I have found.
1. 9 members
2. Yes, only one person. The others could also not be promoted.
3. Only one
4. In total 9 out of 50
