Summarize your bug During the Legendary Chewbacca event, I used a zeta on Greedo's unique for the purpose of being able to stun Han Solo, well it didn't work. Han didn't say resisted or dodged, the stun just didn't work. It stun work against Lando, but not Solo. Because of this I believe anyone who Zetas Greedo deserves to have that zeta refund. Similar to they say Daka Zetas were refunded.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Greedo and try to stun Han Solo in the Legendary Chewbacca event.

This is working as intended in this event. Chewbacca's "Guard" ability makes Han immune to stun, so you are correct, stunning him is impossible.

Chewbacca can still be stunned. Stun him, take him down, and his Guard ability disappears. This will enable you to stun Han.
