Grapple HUD display in Stand-Up

Summarize your bug After the fight went to the ground, the grapple HUD (red-colored right stick symbol) keeps being displayed on the screen for the rest of the fight, also in standup. I got the impression it occurs even more regularly after the last two patches!
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Initiate a takedown, fight on the ground for a bit, get back up.
What happens when the bug occurs? Grapple HUD (=red colored right stick) keeps getting displayed
What do you expect to see? Grapple HUD disappearing after getting back up, fighting toe to toe
Right stick logo keeps on display after getting back up
