I had the same issue. In my case, it was both the General Kenobi quest (used undersized jedi team with GK under Bastila) and the Traya quest (used just the Triumverate)

I checked the other Quests as well and I received no credit for the Tactical Genius or Combat Quests. There is a good chance that all quests are bugged.

The same thing happened to me as well.  Grand Arena is off to a rip-roaring start.

Same here. Restart after Every won battle.

Oh and it does the restart thing after end of battle as well.
