players win a battle in grand arena and the game restarts and players get award 0 banners for wins and the game crashes.

Hi, thanks for the report!



Several critical errors were identified with the first Grand Arena, so the Devs pushed an update that set the rounds to 5 minutes long, and set the 2nd place rewards equal to 1st place rewards. They then let the GA time out naturally, and launched a new one.



Hopefully the critical issues should be fixed, and this new GA will occur as expected. Every player who joined the GA should have received rewards identical to the 1st place tier, and you should sign up for the new Grand Arena.

I had the same thing happen twice. Thought it might be a fluke the first time and then it happened the second time. Both victories still registered, but no banners were earned.

Same here. Also credit towards the Grand Arena Han Solo quest was not received due to the forced restart  Both showing 0 despite using an undermanned team

Had the same issue.  Won my first battle, game said I had to restart.  Upon restart the team I beat is defeated, but I didn't get any banners for the win (we're still tied at 450 vs 450).

Attached a screnshot showing the battle field after reloading the game.  Notice the one team gone from the upper right section, but no change in my score.

Got the same problem. The team is defeat but no banner awarded.

Same bug and also didn't count towards the victories with Traya quest.

Same. Took out all three teams in a section and thought I would at least get the conquer points but nothing...
