How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug While battling in the grand arena I received an error message saying that there was an error and the game needed to re-start. When the game refreshed the team I was battling was back to where they started pre-encounter but my squad was used up and no longer available. So I not only lost the match but lost the team and given the parity in GA will lose this round.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure

We've checked our logs and it appears that you've lost connection in two Grand Arena battles and those matches timed out. Please make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection when playing.

Sorry just noticed my ally code is typo’d as it shows up in the lower part, the top # is correct 556-619-254

I was literally sitting at my desk with the router next to it - and it always happened if time was about or did run out - so I think this is on your end
