Summarize your bug Second round of GAC my defence was not set and i had 0 total banners. I won my first round, and I was expecting that the defence would be set automatically like it was case in the past.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure

As per screenshot attached you can see that i had 0 banners in this round. My defence was not set even though i won my first round with defence set correctly.

Defence was not set automatically like it was the case in previous encounters. 

I really dont know how to replicate this situation, and i dont really understand wahy in this case the top characters were not set by default. 

I am playing GAC from the start and this is my favorite game part.

I also never missed entering kyber at the end of the season, but this really frustrates me as i just messed up with my chances.

Thanks a lot for looking at this bug.

Dont get me wrong, but i dont belive that anything will be resolved about this bug in the future.I am not getting my hopes up.

Considering this as a solved topic is also wrong in my opinion, because i am sure i am not the only one who faced this issue. Nothing is solved.

Also saying nothing can be done is probably the easyest way to close a ticket.

I lost a match(whick is totally ok), not the first time and certainly not the last time also.Not crying over that

What i really care is that you are not giving me any assurance that this will not happen again.

@CasperCaspi The "solved" status is frequently misunderstood. The QV team that works here doesn't fix bugs- they identify and/or duplicate bugs to send that info to the developers who CAN fix them.
So once an issue is reported here, after they forward the info to the studio then QV has no further action to perform here. From an AHQ perspective, this report has reached a point where nothing else can be done, so it is marked as solved. That also helps them keep track of which posts need further attention.
They can't provide assurance it will never happen again - you just need to keep an eye on the patch notes to see when this is reported as fixed.
