I have the exact same problem and i am quite mad right now because i literally owned my opponent but he will still win because of this because i can't finish the last territory !

Yep been having the same problem since last night. I won the GA ship battle then the game crashed I load back in to see it didn’t count. I click to play it again and it doesn’t load. Thought it was because I’m on vacation but clearly not..
