Maybe an additional Info: The issue happens not always on the last fleet battle. I lost the first try on the first fleet and the game freezes when I enter the second try...

@Player_dlemb9so It is not funny, my adversary is #142 in Fleet arena; I am #22... And I cannot take out his fleet

No, it's not. But asking for compensation from EA (unfortunately) is.
