Grand Operations - Never Ending Game - [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug Was in a game of "Grand Operations" and somehow the game or server glitched out to which point no bomb got spawned. And the countdown timer got bugged out at the same time also just sitting at 0 forever. After atleast 1hr of this happening the bug just dissapeard out of nowere and the bombs was back again. Please try to fix this, would be nice

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Actually no idea what triggered this to happen.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bombs disapear and the countdown timer just sits at 0 and nothing happens. Both teams just kill each other forever.
What should be happening instead? Game should be ending but isn', It will last litterly forever. Server restart is probably needed.

As of right now, server #61213 has the same issue. 0 respawns, timer has run out and bomb exists, but cant be picked up.

<p>Something is wrong in Battlefield Grand Operations Servers in South America (Brazil). I ran into bugs at different servers and maps twice in a row. Both related to end the match as spawn points are no longer available. One is detonator`s bug that would not spawn.</p>
