Summarize your bug Just took 4 toons into Grand Arena battle (Traya, DN, Sion, Thrawn) in order to start chipping away at the Traya quest. I won and the game crashed and didn’t give me points for defeating the team as well as didn’t register the achievements in the quest.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Just took 4 toons into Grand Arena battle (Traya, DN, Sion, Thrawn) in order to start chipping away at the Traya quest. I won and the game crashed and didn’t give me points for defeating the team as well as didn’t register the achievements in the quest. 

As you can see in the attached photo, those 4 toons have been used.

Thanks for the report. The studio is aware, and are working on it. In the meantime, they ask that everyone hold off on battling in the Grand Arena.

Update:

Several critical errors were identified with the first Grand Arena, so the Devs pushed an update that set the rounds to 5 minutes long, and set the 2nd place rewards equal to 1st place rewards. They then let the GA time out naturally, and launched a new one.

Hopefully the critical issues should be fixed, and this new GA will occur as expected. Every player who joined the GA should have received rewards identical to the 1st place tier, and you should sign up for the new Grand Arena.
