How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug cannot enter attack phase for grand arena for first 12 hours, when I got access my opponent shows no defense but has attacked me. I cannot attack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure

Up until this morning I've not been able to get into my grand arena. Upon getting in my opponent has nothing set up and his squads list ?/2 for the first 2 territories. He's been able to attack me, though.
