Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

I don't have 1000 for winning the first round.
Now I have only 3911 but there should be more than 4381 (1188+1193+2*1000). Several feats were done.

After winning the first & second round 1000 points for each round were not added to my score.

I did not revive the +1000 in either rounds 1 or 2. 

I should be in the top 25 or so at the very least.

I am pretty sure that in both rounds I have not received the 1000 points after winning. I know for sure that I didn’t get the 1k after the first round and am about 80% sure about the second round. My ally code is 188-382-585

Upon attempting to refresh juhani's node to farm her, I refreshed her node for 25 Crystal's. I had 3150 Crystal's when I refreshed her node. The game paused, it lagged, and I thought my button did not register when I pressed refresh. 

I pressed refresh a couple more times, and when the game loaded I was not credited ANY of the refreshes, and I have now 2100 crystals.
