Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues [ Edited ]

Hi!
I too was left out from the 2:nd rounc of GAC. I joined circa 09-00~12:00 (09~12 AM) UTC+1 European time (Sweden).
I was away for most of the day to joined so I never checked till the day after who I was meeting for the first match, as I assumed nothing was wrong.

I have a Redmi Note 7 with firmware ver: android 9 (PKQ1.180904.001)

Hi, I too joined most recent GAC (has ships) and competed in first round, then update 11/15? came and i was left out of 2nd round.

@Wookieonfire4 I had the exact same thing happen to me about 20 minutes ago. My Boba Fett was executing Chopper. This was during a Grand Arena match. Had to quit the application, lost my squad, and no damage was done against my opponents squad. Lost my opportunity to clear the board.

I played Grand Arena on my Sony Xperia Xz3, had a few game freezes now, last one today, played Grand Arena, everything was fine, then game froze, waited for over 5 min but nothing happend...

The opponents team got an attemp, I lost my team and this GA round... 

In those pictures you can see my clock and that there wasn't a change for this time... 

So what would be if you finally fix this *, it really sucks to loose because of those bugs 😠😠

I have the newest update, that's not the problem...

Edit 2: Next round, next Game Freeze... Slowly I'm getting really angry about this, don't want to tell you all the words that come into my mind now 😠

@jackthefckr Just claim the bug is giving away free Malak or Wat shards. They'll quickly find a fix.

- My GA completely froze up and wouldn't let me click any buttons. I would have won the matchup and most likely taken first in GAC. It wasted my 80 K Bastila lead team vs his 64 K GG lead team... I don't have any more units left that could take that out now.

- I signed up at the start of the last sign-up period. So, I guess like 3 days ago or whenever that was?

- I didn't think to get a screenshot unfortunately.

If there's anyway to even just reset the matchup I'll redo it all again because I know I can win then that'd be awesome. Just kind of a bummer to lose because of a glitch.

Issue: GAC game (last of 3) froze when entering attack mode after selecting my team, buffering screen was visible, but it didn’t unfreeze. Had to restarted the app but saw that I had lost that team (no longer selectable) which was key to winning my match up! frustrating...
