Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

good afternoon. after the start of the attack phase in the second round of the grand arena, I completely captured all the territories. My opponent did not attack any of my squad, but at the end of the round he was awarded a victory with a score of 1340: 1400. I ask for clarification on this fact.

@CG_SBCrumb Just happened to me, was fighting geonosian with Jawas in GA, was using the scavenger ability to trigger detonators (there was 30 some- odd on each of the geos) and the app suddenly closed. GA battle didn’t register, obviously, bc no victory message.

Issue: In the final match-up of the second round of this past GAC, I defeated my opponent's Jedi Knight Revan team in a mirror match with more than two minutes remaining. All buttons and icons disappeared, leaving only the characters and the background, but "Victory" never displayed. I frantically tapped the screen and moved positions (even though I've never had a connection problem at this location), to no avail. The screen simply stayed with that display for four-to-five minutes. Finally a tab popped up saying "Event Complete. Grand Arena rewards will be sent to your inbox when final round results are received." I tapped "OK", and the game went back to the cantina. Sure enough, when I went back in to GAC it showed one battle against the JKR team, but no damage. I had to use my Darth Revan team to defeat it.

A note that I was able to win the round, but because I had to use my DR team I was not able to get a full clear (one team remained). May not end up being a big deal, but I'm sure you know that the margin to reach Kyber can be very tight, and this has cost me more than 200 points.
