Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

Game crashes during final Ga battle costing me any chance of winning the match and the Ga. This game has been crashing like this for like 6 months and you still don't fix it. Too busy breaking the game with the relic system which is a blatant cash grab. 

I'm running Android on oneplus6t latest update.

Fix these problems!!! There are so many posts about it.

1)  Trio Vs Clones. Enemy  Fives vanished from screen. Cannot attack anymore. He actually survived with red hps. Maybe a bugged interaction with Traya's lead.

Not at all happy about this happening after spending to boost toons in advance of the event. Contacted support and they weren’t at all helpful, instead directing me to the forums to seek help. 

Would prefer to have you resolve vs disputing with credit card company.

Same here John ned GAC last night but disappeared after locking,  feats still active though.
