couldn't access the GA for signing it never appeared on my phone and report it to the online chat on EA website.

nothing was done, I contacted them another 2 times only for them to tell me no big deal wait for the next one to sign in....

no help at all and they didn't care...

My brother and I have this or a similar issue. Set squads to attach in GAC. Game crashes. 

Re-enter, characters have been "used". Battle recorded as lost. Bascially makes match unwinnable. 

 

We swap out on my chromebook.

GA battle round 2. Froze mid combat. Restarted app. Battle was counted as lost. My NS were used. 

 

Sign up was in the 24 hour preview phase.

Fix your game I'm tired of the crashing in Grand arena I'm sick of the crap matchmaking you all seem more worried about dropping the next meta to milk us for more money then you do on releasing actual content and fixing your game bugs I for one will not contribute another cent to your greed until you fix issues and release some actual content not just stupid gear farming upgrades that add nothing to the game you are some of the laziest greedy developers in gaming that milk you fan base to death. You want money get to friggin work.

Entered a battle and the screen spun for 2 minutes before displaying the error message below. Was connected to a strong wifi signal at the time. After restart my team had been used and the battle was recorded as a loss.

Phone: LG K8s, trying to face an opponent's team, select mine, and game locks up in loading screen. Stayed that way for several minutes. Forced game to close. Went back in for same team, but attempt counted as a loss, unable to use my team, selected new toons to use, and game locked up a second time in loading the fight.

I was playing grand arena,  my Phoenix team beat his phoniex team,with about 90 secs to go. the victory part didn't show up.

Then when i i went to battle the next team i noticed that his team was still there and it had a one battle beside it. Also his team was still at full health.and mine had been used.

I signed up for the grand arena just before it died last time.

Just so everyone is aware, the signups for the next Grand Arena event is open for the next 8 hours or so!
