Game stopped letting me take turns mid battle causing me to lose the battle, and subsequently the GA match.

I tried to upload an image and a video the issue but it says the file is too large and won't allow me to.
ii is REALLY frusrating to compete during gac when opponent is doing perfect runs and you fail to win round because game crash. This has happened 3 times already on this month. Loosing by couple points because i didnt win durin first tries..
So, no update on this still.... The millions of dollars this app brings in apparently doesn't pay for much customer service....
Is there any plan to address this problem from last GA? We still haven’t heard if CG plans to compensate all of the many players here that got set back on the last GA by this glitch. Looks like there were a lot of us!
And still no response from cg about this problem. Make me quit angree and sad. It is nice that they set the lifetimescore to 0 but hell this is not enough!

Hi I had exactly the same problem I entered and could see the count down but when it came to about time for it to begin I wasn’t in it any longer, missing out on rewards and the championship store. My ally code is: 559-197-873
