Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

GA match froze. Buttons still visible but no motion on the screen and tapping anywhere did not work. Going to phone’s home screen and back into app prompted app to re-launch, counting as an abandoned attempt. Can’t use those 5 toons again.

Froze during gameplay in GA.  Lost as a result.  Still unable to log back in to app after this crash - have now missed a raid as well.

When signup opened a few days ago (this was in the latest GA this happened)

Screenshot attached - it was like this for 15 minutes before the game finally reset upon minimizing and reopening (previously on minimize and reopen, was on this screen still)

Bossk used his 1st special and game just froze.

Feels bad, i probably wont be able to get feats done and lose out way more than juat a GA match...

I have been facing too many crashes (game screen freezes), alleged internet connection errors error code 9.44, 32.0 and many others (but my internet is ok), buttons disappearing on battles for months.

Too many times, always on critical matches (grand arena and territory battles - twice yesterday, and tens of times on past territory battles, territory wars, arenas). And I always lost full teams without playing. It's frustrating.

@arena_lanista And last year I didn't receive all Zetas and prizes promised by EA and CG. The promise was: prizes on four or three different dates. One never arrived. I didn't complain because my last ticket before that was also related to prizes that wasn't delivered. It took more than a month to have a solution.
But with all this crashes it's simply impossible to play. The game seems to be dying. Many friends are quitting and many others are thinking to do the same.
Last month I sent a message to Kyno. Probably he didn't read. I know he's busy...but as always, there is no answer.

Game froze and nothing would happen at all after I one shot one on my opponent team and got the wookie. Of course after 5 minutes waiting and no changes I had no option other than to shut down, giving me a GA loss.

My game is crashing during battles in the latest Grand Arena causing me to lose the the entire match and missing out in valuable rewards. This has happened many many times.
