Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

• Game bugged out with NS vs GG, and had the same thing happen in ships in genosis TB previously. Timer carries on until time out then draw for GAC, and for TB stays at 0:00 indefinitely. Can't select any action in the battle, the toon attack menu never loads.

The attached picture shows that this bug caused me to lose this round of GA.

What issue you are having? - match froze when using G12 CLS, G12 Han, and G12 Chewie vs G10 Zam-lead team. I was able to go back in and win with 41 banners, but I could have gotten 62 with the CLS Trio. I ended up winning with a 4-unit Imperial Troopers team with 41 banners. *Could I please be credited back the 21 championship score I missed out on because of this crash, BEFORE the Grand Arena Championships end?*

Happened: today around 11 am CET first GA battle 

Game crashed again on very first attempt playing GA. Cost me Again a lot of points, could not clear all fields and could not complete some challenges... My tickets are getting closed with "we're sorry", no compensation, no fix for more than a month. Is there anything that can be expected in the near future? The game type is in a test phase I understand, but helps a lot in progression and its not fair if I'm losing because of an incompatibility issue or a bug causing me to fall behind the others. Saying sorry is not enough when someone is not only a free to play person, and this is not my first post and also had several tickets... Please do not let me down. Thank you!

Issue: Attempted to enter a GA battle and after a bit of time on the loading screen received a connection issue dialogue box informing me I needed to restart the game. Did so and returned to find this had registered as an attempt despite me not even reaching the battle screen which lost me potential banners and I also lost the characters I attempted to enter the battle with to the and so lost a good attacking team of 4 G12 characters without getting to use them.

Signed up for GA: This wasn't an issue, I joined early on in the join period without any trouble.

Hi,

My game crashes very regularly during the new geo tb and tw. Recently it was started crashing during gac aswell, until now it hasn't affected mt ga round result and only lost me 20 banners at a time. However during this last round a game crash caused me to lose a battle, not be able to defeat that team with future attack because I lost my counter and therefore lose around 300 banners,  and a round loss which is 975 banners. Therefore I lost a total of about 1200-1300 banners.

I play on an Iphone 6 on iOS 12.4.

I signed up for the grand area towards the start of the sign up phase.

Today July 29th 2019 at 2:45 PM M.S.T. I did the top mission with my G12 Bounty Hunters and on the 4/4 mission I was about to kill the last enemy when my 

Samsung Galaxy Tab S4. Tablet restarted my SWGOH application.  When I went back to the Geo TW it said I  was 2/4. This has brought less points for my guild and possibly a star count.

Game crashed twice today while in middle of GAC battle. In both cases the gameplay would slow to a crawl, then freeze, and then shutdown.  Those two losses cost me first place as the game did not register the battle (despite me almost winning both) and thus had both defenses back at full health.

Sadly this occurrence has happened to me multiple times in the last 2-3 months in GAC, Fleet Arena, Squad Arena, and TB.

I have a iPhone XR (iOS 12.3.1).  I have over 40 GBs available.
