Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

i joined up for ga within 2hrs of it opening and when i went to set def next day i wasnt in. i also spent 1200 gems on omegas just to z padme for the event, very disapointed  in this pls refund my gems and compensate me for the loss of fun playing ga and rewards id of recieved, restore my faith in this game cause at the moment i have none. my ally code is 555-721-178, feel free to check my history ive rarely ever missed an event or raid in like 3 years

I joined this championship area during the join period ( I made a point to join this since it's a 5 week long event!) And when I went on when it launched I was no longer participating... I have never missed a day of playing in 1.5-2 years and have joined in on every tw,TB and grand areana... such a horrible glitch that's making me miss a 5 week long event.

I joined a few hours after the launch of GAC.  The game froze and all buttons disappear.
