Summarize your bug I joined Grand Arena normally and when it came to setting my defence, I can't access it and receive the attached screen.

We've checked the logs available to us and unfortunately, there is no record of you joining the current Grand Arena round. The last time you've joined was on the 04/05/2021.
Please make sure you go all the way to the battle map/table when you join a Grand Arena to make sure that you have joined.

I definitely joined. Your colleague Sajal is saying it's not live at all. This is all very confusing.

Sometimes if you go look at the feats you might think you joined if you didn’t. Like UltraSlide said, I like to go in to see the match to make sure The join button click registered.
