Got banned for an unknown reason

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Pathfinder
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? Revenant
Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I died, it showed the winning team then I left the match then it gave me a 42000 minute ban in a public game match
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was going through the previous matches results then got a 42000 minute ban

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 4
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 18.09.20. The time was 2:45 mountain time
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I got a 4200 ban after I played a public trios match *not ranked
What should be happening instead? Not getting banned after a public match
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into the game then play a match on trios then be the second to last squad then die

I got banned for a whole week after my squad died in a trios match. My gamer tag is PHX zViper if you could unban me first that would be greatly appreciated. I love apex so I’d rather get to play sometime today rather than later.
