Going on the 2nd day of being unable to log into the game. I've tried everything including contacting EA, and Google Play. I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. I hope they do something to fix it soon. I've been playing since 2015, and I really don't want to start over.

Well, I guess that's not even an option. I saw something where people are using second devices, and Facebook, and blah blah blah.. I don't have a second device, I just want my game to work like it did 2 days ago. I haven't missed a day in 5 years.

@EA_HighCommand I've done that several times and it still hasn't fixed the issue. All other games that require Google Play work without issue, it's just Galaxy of Heroes that seems to be having this problem.

@EA_HighCommandsame as gramsn for me. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Google Play App, and that didn't fix it. All other Google Play games on my phone are working fine, only Galaxy of Heroes won't let me in. So that tells me it is not a problem with Google Play, but with SWGOH's ability to connect to it.

Same for me. Blue Stacks works but I am rarely home to use it. I don't have a second device nor did I link my facebook to my account. I'm a guild leader and this sucks not being able to play like I used to. It's been about 16 hours for me.

Yeah, I woke up at 9 am yesterday morning, made coffee, and sat down to do my dailies. That's when I saw that I couldn't log in. I went through all the usual steps on my end before I contacted EA. They couldn't get ahold of a specialist. I called back 3 times, and kept getting the same guy before I just gave up. I contacted Google, and they said it was nothing on their end, and everything else was working just fine.

Google has confirmed to me that the problem is not on their end and that I should get intouch with the game developers as it seems to be a game error.
