Summarize your bug For 4+ hours now, whenever I open the game, I get the "Connection Lost" error message, even though I have no other devices linked to the account and it hasn't been 24 hours since I logged in. When I click reload, the game then enters a loop where I log back in with my Google Play account and immediately get the same error. I have tried restarting my phone, clearing storage/cache for the app, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, opening the app both on wifi and on cellular data, removing google play access for the app, and logging out of google play altogether, but nothing has worked. Other games on my phone that use Google Play are not having any issues.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the internal logs of my account access

Seems like endlessly trying to fight the loop eventually gets you in. Try restarting your phone too.

Several in my guild are experiencing this. Occurs on both my galaxy S7 and galaxy Tab E. Has me choose my Google play account then get message " Either another device is logged in or it has been 24 hours since you logged in" followed by a reload button. Reload yields same result. Endless loop. Thought I wad hacked for a second, appears this is a broader issue. First experienced by people in my guild and myself in the last hour or so.

We've reviewed this and see that Android users have been experiencing connection issues today for a period of time. We'll be monitoring this, but it does not appear to be a problem with the game directly.

Summarize your bug I logged out of main account to log into alt account. After selecting my account it tells me there is a connection lost due to another device logging in or not logging in during the past 24 hours. Both of which are not accurate.
