How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do a llama Zoom, finish it, Come Back 2 hours later find out the llama zoom is not done. And the Llama that you worked for is not there. Find all your Sims in your front yard even though you put them all in events.
What do you expect to see? My Sims in the events that I put them in. The llama Zoom token that I worked for. I'm getting ready to for the next llama Zoom. This shouldn't happen during an on big event right?

Additional feedback This is not related to the current problem but yesterday I went to a party. The party was up to level seven. I went out of the Sims mobile. And my game didn't recognize the party that I was in. So I had to go get a new party. There's definitely a Time glitch.

I had 3 llama tokens. The game reset to two hours, and now I'm back to the same llama Zoom that I actually finished 2 hours ago. So 3 hours ago I had three tokens now I only have two. Very frustrated but I'm going to finish this llama zoom and call it a day.

That is very annoying, did you have a stable internet connection while playing?
I'd suggest getting in contact with EA for now. And let us know if it happens again.

 

You can contact EA through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

Thank You Phantom. I am only on my mobile data (I have unlimited data on my phone) what I also forgot to mention is that I lost all of my yoga equipment and Head Start items for that. So I'm definitely going to have to contact EA customer support. Thank you for letting me rant. 😃
