What happens when the bug occurs? Higher ranked players of any rank (Example Platinum) can glitch into a lobby for the lower ranked games (Example Bronze) to farm easy RP and grind their rank.
What should be happening instead? Players should be queueing within their own rank.

Players in my region are using the above method to carry on farming to Apex Predator rank long after their games have stopped popping because of low population at Platinum/Diamond.
Respawn should seed the brackets up to plat/diamond based on S1 kills/wins/KDR and rebalance it to allow people to progress up through brackets by gaining RP but more importantly - FALL through brackets by losing too much RP for all brackets other than Apex Predator - this way the ranked mode would actually work and players wouldn't be resorting to abusing bugs like this just to get their ranked games to pop.
Most players seem to be using this to get back into the league before their current one and this isn't too bad, but there are some making smurf accounts and using these to grind bronze lobbies for easy RP to try to win the race to Apex Predator.
